Lets Work Together
If you have any questions regarding any of our policies, what we we'll work on, or how far we'll travel, don't hesitate to call. We want to make sure your RV service needs are as stress free as possible.
Warranty & Insurance
-
We will work with your insurance company on claims. The customer is responsible for any charges not covered by insurance.
-
We will perform repairs that are covered by a manufacturers or extended warranty but at this time the customer is responsible for payment and then getting reimbursed from the manufacturer or warranty company.
Payment Methods
-
We accept cash, local checks only (with valid ID), CashApp, Paypal & Venmo. We can accept credit / debit cards, but those transactions will incur a 3% processing fee.
Pricing & Payments
-
A Service Call is a (one time) fee that is charged on the initial visit when a request is made to repair, troubleshoot or diagnose an issue on an RV. The service call is based on the number of miles to your location.
-
If we're unable to complete the service during our initial visit due to the size of the job and/or parts required, only the service call fee will be due at that time. We'll prepare and issue an estimate inclusive of all job costs for your consideration.
-
If you request us to proceed with the work, a down payment equivalent to the price of the parts will be due in full before we can place the order.
-
When payment is received, we will order all respective parts.
-
The remaining balance will be due at the time the service is completed.
-
We'll keep you updated with any unforeseen delays causing the job to take longer than anticipated as this may alter the quoted labor amount.
Parts Policy
-
If a job is cancelled after parts have been ordered, you have two options:
-
We can ship all parts to you - which will incur shipping fees to be covered by you.
OR -
We can return all parts to the vendor(s) - which will incur restocking and return shipping fees to be covered by you.
-
We're not opposed to using customer provided parts. If you do wish to go this route, please note in advance two things:
-
We will be unable to warranty these parts.
-
If it's found there are missing or incorrect parts at the time of service, additional fees may be charged. It will then be decided who'll order the correct parts to move forward with the job.
